From receipt of your valued conservatory order and after thoroughly checking all the details are correct we will process your order for fabrication. Our team of highly skilled fabricators will be given detailed plans of your conservatory design, specification, extras list and delivery requirements to ensure that everybody shares the responsibility of meeting your requirements first time, every time.
Within 2-3 working days of processing your self build conservatory order we will send you a detailed base plan and dwarf wall plan (if applicable) and a full set of installation instructions to ensure you have ample time to prepare your base and footings ahead of the delivery of your conservatory.
Your confirmation pack will also include an anticipated delivery date, which will generally be three to four weeks from our order processing date. We will notify you approximately one week ahead of the anticipated delivery date for your DIY conservatory to confirm the actual delivery arrangements and give you the opportunity to complete your preparations.
Your delivery
will be made by our own transport fleet
and may be delivered on a 7.5 ton or 17.5
ton vehicle. Please advise us as soon as
possible should there be any delivery restrictions
at the property where the conservatory is
to be delivered. Delivery can be made throughout
the UK from our base in Yorkshire.
